The everyday things that add up

It’s rarely just one email.

A deadline in one message. A promise in another. Curavi keeps the context, so you don’t have to keep it all in your head.

The date hiding in your inbox
School trip · FridayPermission form attached
Form due WednesdayTwo days before the trip

The trip is Friday.
The form isn’t.

Curavi keeps the permission deadline alongside the event, so the date that needs you doesn’t disappear into your inbox.

See what it connects

The trip announcement and its permission form become a linked event and deadline, with the source there for you to check.

The promise worth remembering
“I’ll send it on Tuesday.”Alex’s work email
Proposal still outstandingWaiting on someone else

You’re waiting.
It remembers who on.

Open threads stay open until they’re resolved. Curavi tracks who owes what, even when the conversation goes quiet.

See what it connects

A promised proposal becomes a follow-up tied to that conversation. A later reply can give Curavi the context to update it.

The number that doesn’t fit
Your agreed plan · $49Service agreement
This month’s invoice · $79A difference to check

A new bill.
An older agreement.

Curavi checks new information against what it already knows and flags a mismatch with the records behind it.

See what it connects

The invoice and agreement show different amounts. Curavi brings you both, so you can review the difference in context.

Illustrative, fictional examples of what Curavi can notice. Important details can be checked against the original records.

How it works

Give it context.
It gets to work.

You choose what to connect and when to start. Curavi builds an understanding of your world from the information you share.

  1. Connect the accounts you choose.

Connect Gmail and, with a supported plan, Google Drive. Choose your reading preferences, then tell Curavi to start.

  2. Let it get to know your world.

It reads your connected history, takes notes, and finds the people, dates, commitments and details that belong together.

  3. Keep living. It keeps the thread.

As new information arrives, Curavi checks it against what it knows. Follow-ups, upcoming dates, briefs and alerts bring the useful parts back to you.

When does the printer warranty end?
CURAVI

The receipt lists a two-year warranty from March 8, 2025. That puts the end date at March 8, 2027.

And when you need an answer

Ask the question.
Skip the digging.

The receipt, the agreement, the thing someone said months ago. Ask Curavi about the information it has read and follow the answer back to its source.

You can also ask about an alert or a follow-up right where you find it. The context comes along.

A few things to know

Meet your
new assistant.

Do I have to keep asking it to check things?

No. After you connect your accounts and start reading, Curavi works unasked. It reads new information, keeps notes and follows open threads. You can ask questions whenever you want more context.

What can I connect today?

Curavi currently connects to Gmail and Google Drive. Account and source limits depend on your plan. It finds dates in the mail and documents it reads; a separate calendar account connection is not currently available.

Can I use Curavi in my browser?

Yes. The web app lives at app.curavi.ai. Sign in with your Curavi account to see your world, ask questions and manage your settings.

How do I get started?

Curavi is currently in private beta. If you already have an account, sign in. For questions about access, contact us. Plan options are shown in the app before you connect your accounts and begin reading.
